I wish we could give 0 stars, I had a terrible experience with Sanger Flower Garden or Sanger Flowers or Sanger M&E flowers whatever it’s called since the phone number and address is associated with all the names, specifically with Eli. The customer service was awful, communication was poor, and he showed very little willingness to cooperate or resolve the issue professionally. We placed an order for a corsage and boutonnière made with ALL pink mini roses. Hours before our scheduled pickup, Eli called to tell us there were no pink flowers of any kind available. Then, just two hours later, he called back claiming he had found pink mini roses. Naturally, we expected the order to be made as requested. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, both the corsage and boutonnière were almost entirely white, with only three pink mini roses combined between the two. The pink flowers were not even fully pink, they looked spray painted on the top. The set was also very smashed and not fresh looking. I also have never seen a stem sticking out of a corsage like this before, it was very uncomfortable and poking my arm since it was thick wires. This was absolutely not what we ordered, paid for, or expected. The ONLY reason we went with Sanger flower garden is because they said they can make an ALL pink mini rose corsage and boutonniere and Selma was unable too. However, we could have gotten something similar with the white mini roses for almost half the price at Selma, so naturally, we were disappointed that we paid more for an order that wasn't even fulfilled correctly. When we brought this to Eli's attention, instead of handling the situation professionally and trying to find a reasonable solution, he became visibly upset. Eli did state that he “upgraded” us by adding more white flowers, however white is what we were originally trying to avoid. He offered a refund and then proceeded to throw the flowers onto a table behind him. He also rudely gestured his hand to my face basically shutting me up. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A customer expressing disappointment over an order that was not made as requested should not be met with that kind of attitude. What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to work with us to resolve the situation. Mistakes can happen, especially with flowers, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. I ultimately declined the refund and took the flowers because I urgently needed them that day. With only about two hours left, I did not have enough time to find another florist. I felt stuck accepting something I was unhappy with because of the situation and the limited time available. I would not recommend this flower shop based on this experience. If you are placing an order for a special occasion, make sure you get exactly what you requested and paid for. The flowers themselves were disappointing, but the customer service and the way Eli handled the situation were what made this experience truly unacceptable.

This was my first time using this shop. My mother was not only delighted with how they looked, the delivery person was beyond helpful to her getting in the house as she doesn't move as well. Thank you so much.

It's been over a year since my last purchase. I ordered flowers over the phone and had such a great experience. Eli was incredibly patient and understanding, even with his busy schedule. He took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service these days. I truly appreciate the care and attention, and I will definitely be a repeating costumer and always order here. Thanks again Eli appreciate you 🙏

They delivered the flowers but changed my credit card for another order and can’t get it resolved. Plus the flowers was not like the one in photo.

The flowers were ordered last Monday to be delivered on Saturday 3/26/22 never were delivered. We called on Monday to complain about the order, they said so sorry we will deliver on Tuesday? Well No show. Terrible experience with them. I would not recommend them to no one. Have to correct my review. They did try to deliver for that Saturday like schedule but the address was off by one number. It probably was a language barrier.

My daughter bought flowers for my birthday, they were never delivered. I went to the shop and they were closed down. I called multiple times and no answer, and no way to leave a message. I do not recommend this shop. Zero stars.

Great service. I placed my order online late at night and it was delivered the next day without any issues. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and my niece loved it. I also received an email confirmation once it was delivered, which is much appreciated - particularly because I’m in another state entirely. Thank you!

Ordered condolences flowers for my grandson and almost a week later and no delivery. They don’t answer their phones and their voicemail isn’t set up to take messages. Since I live out of town, I had another family member go to the store which was CLOSED down and there were women working there who also knew about this business and shared they’d also had similar experiences where their money was taken but flowers were never delivered. So very disappointed. I will obviously be contesting this charge.

Amazing customer service. Called asking if I could possibly rent a few easels for a funeral service, and was met with nothing but kindness. Eli was more than happy to help work out how to get them to me and was insanely kind and respectful.

Placed an order for birthday flowers. They were out of a specific flower, so they called to verify the swap. The arrangement was beautiful and was very much loved. Thank you for the great communication and beautiful flowers!

This place sucks don’t order from here just called trying to get a refund for flowers that never got delivered and the man who refused to give me his name hung up on me
